​Artistic Swimming Training Schedules

Pool Information

We have two main training pools, Riverside Leisure Centre and Great Baddow High School.

Great Baddow is currently closed for repairs until c. April 2023 so Moulsham High School is also currently being used.

We also use Witham Leisure Centre for lift practice whenever possible.

Please note the following applies to all sessions;

  • Swimmers should arrive swim ready at least 10 minutes before the start of their session.
  • Parents / Guardians are not permitted in the changing rooms – please ensure that you collect your swimmer promptly at the end of their session by the main exit doors to the car park – please refer to the Late Collection Policy for further information.

 

Schedule

Please refer to the schedule below for each squads current sessions – any changes to the usual training schedules will also be emailed to you.

At Riverside we aim to run the sessions throughout the year, although any sessions that fall on a Bank Holiday will not run as the pool will not open as usual. Any evening sessions that fall on a Sunday of a Bank Holiday weekend will run 1 hour earlier.

At Great Baddow High School we aim to run sessions whenever the school is open during normal term time. There will be no sessions during school holidays, and any sessions that fall on a Bank Holiday will not run as the pool will not open.

Artistic Swimming Academy (Age 7+) :

Stage 8
Dry Land Training – Sunday 5.15 p.m. to 6.15 p.m. Riverside Leisure Centre – Studio

Pool – Sunday 7.00 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.  Riverside Leisure Centre Pool

Stage 9
Dry Land Training – Sunday 5.15 p.m. to 6.15 p.m. Riverside Leisure Centre – Studio

Pool – Sunday 6.30 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. Riverside Leisure Centre Pool

Stage 10

Dry Land Training – Sunday 5.15 p.m. to 6.15 p.m. Riverside Leisure Centre – Studio

Pool – Sunday 6.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. Riverside Leisure Centre Pool

 

Artistic Swimming Main Squad (Ages 9 to 18):

Dry Land Training – Sunday 5.15 p.m. to 6.15 p.m. Riverside Leisure Centre – Studio

Pool – Sunday: 6.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. Riverside Leisure Centre Pool

Pool – Monday: 8.20 p.m. to 9.20 p.m. Moulsham High School Pool
